Thursday, September 10th, 2015: Fie Raps Atlanta for 5 Hits
Andrew Fie really did a number on the Braves in the Arizona 13-6 victory. Not just anyone can get 5 hits in 6 at-bats. But Andrew Fie did just that today for the Diamondbacks and gave his batting average a healthy boost and sparked his club in the win.

"I felt real good in the batter's box today. I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done," the 26-year-old third baseman said after his record-setting performance.

A. Fie singled in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, flied out in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off J. Vermilyea in the 8th and hit a two-run single in the 8th.

Fie is presently batting .299 with 21 home runs, 107 runs scored and 101 RBIs. His OBP is .363.

Wednesday, August 19th, 2015: Rich Fires Shutout in Mets Win
In an outstanding outing, Dan Rich tamed Atlanta on a 4-hit shutout. The New York (N) hurler went the distance, finishing with 8 strikeouts and 1 walk in the 7-0 win.

"He had a lot of first pitch strikes and kept us off balance with a lot of off-speed stuff," according to the Atlanta manager. "We just didn't get too many balls squared up today."

In 24 starts this year Rich has fashioned a 12-7 record and a 3.41 ERA.
