Not just anyone can get 5 hits in 6 at-bats. But Byun Quintero did just that today for the Bisons and gave his batting average a healthy boost and sparked his club in the win.
"I felt real good in the batter's box today. I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done," the 23-year-old left fielder said after his record-setting performance.
B. Quintero singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off J. Unknown in the 8th and hit a GRAND SLAM off J. Unknown in the 9th.
